Rent is $900 per week. Rentals are Saturday to Saturday (7 nights). We do not rent by the weekend except in September.

This cottage is available for family vacations only. We glady rent to responsible adults over the age of 25. It is important that you realize that our Rental Property is an individually owned home. We use this home for our own family vacations. We work to maintain the quality of this Rental Property to the highest level, and in turn we ask all of our guests to respect our property and to treat our home as you would your own.

Policies and Procedures:

NIGHTLY MINIMUMS: The cottage is available from June through September. Weekly rentals during June – August.  Please note that there is a three night minimum at a rate of $165 per night. Please contact us for details! 

PAYMENT: 50% of the rental fee and taxes will be due within 10 days of reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to check-in by money order or check.  If payment is not received within 10 days, your reservation is automatically cancelled.

OTHER CHARGES AND FEES: All reservations incur PA Sales Tax.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: You will be required to send a security deposit of $200 by check or money order. The $200 security deposit must be sent within one week of making the reservation. All security deposits will be refunded within 2-3 weeks of departure provided the home is left in proper order and undamaged. Guests will be responsible for any damages of theft.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES: Cancellations made at least 31 days prior to arrival will be refunded the deposit minus a $50 Cancellation Fee. The full amount is non-refundable for cancellations made within 31 days of arrival.

OCCUPANCY:   We do not rent to students or groups of students under any circumstance, even if a parent or legal adult makes the reservation and/or pays the rent. We do not rent to anyone age 25 or under. If such a group attempts to occupy one of our rental properties, all monies will be forfeited and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately.

SMOKING & PETS: Smoking inside the rental homes is prohibited. We have provided ashtrays for smoking outside.  Please understand that many of our guests have allergies and/or children. Pets are not allowed, unless approved by Jennifer and David McMillan. In certain circumstances, a dog may be permitted with written permission by the owners. No other animals will be permitted. If permitted to bring your dog, you will incur a $65 Non-Refundable Pet Fee. The owners must approve all pets. We do not accept cats under any circumstance.

A Complete Terms & Agreements will be emailed /mailed to you to sign and return with your deposit.
